Instruction

1. Both children sit on both ends of the seesaw;

2. Facing each other, grip the handles with both hands;

3. Take turn to pushing the feet against the ground to lift the end of one child into the air;

4. The other child makes the same moving to let the end of counterpart onto the ground;

5. Both children perform this exercises alternately to increase the repeats as the fitness & fun improve.
